Alabama notice to owner

In Alabama this notice is optional. If you supply materials and did not contract with the owner, sending it to the owner before you deliver can give you a lien for the full price of those materials. Without it, your lien is limited to what the owner still owes its contractor. If the owner objects in writing, the lien stays limited to the unpaid balance. It covers only materials delivered after the notice (Ala. Code § 35-11-210).

Flat fee of $49. Your instructions say who receives it, how, and by when.
