Oklahoma pre-lien notice

In Oklahoma, the pre-lien notice must be sent to both the original contractor and an owner before you file a lien and no later than 75 days after your last day of work or supply. You can send it at any time before then, including at the start of the job, and one notice covers the whole project. On property occupied as a dwelling by an owner, no lien is valid without it (42 O.S. § 142.6). The original contractor does not send this notice.
