Wisconsin notice to owner

In Wisconsin, on residential work of four or fewer units, a subcontractor or supplier who did not contract directly with the owner must serve two signed copies of this notice on the owner within 60 days after first furnishing, and a prime contractor must include the statutory notice in its written contract (Wis. Stat. § 779.02). No preliminary notice is required on nonresidential, mixed-use or larger residential projects. Every claimant also serves a notice of intent at least 30 days before filing the lien claim (§ 779.06).

Flat fee of $49. Your instructions say who receives it, how, and by when.
