KRS 382.365 discharges the lien on satisfaction of the debt. Signing it while money is still owed puts a false statement on the public record and gives away the security you filed to protect. If you have been paid part of it, this is not the document you want — talk to a construction attorney about what is.

THIRTY DAYS FROM SATISFACTION — no demand required (KRS 382.365(1)). The money then runs from written notice: $100 per day beginning the fifteenth day after receipt of written notice, and a further $400 per day (a total of $500 per day) if still unreleased 45 days after notice, plus actual expenses and attorney fees. And you must mail a copy of the release to the owner within SEVEN DAYS or forfeit $50 more.
