Nevada notice of right to lien
In Nevada, a subcontractor or supplier who did not contract directly with the owner must give the owner a Notice of Right to Lien, with a copy to the prime contractor. Without it, you cannot have a lien except for labor. There is no deadline, but the notice covers only work and materials furnished in the 31 days before it is served and afterward, so serve it as soon as you start (NRS 108.245).
Flat fee of $49. Your instructions say who receives it, how, and by when.
